- THIS HOW TO DEBUG MOST OF THE BLUETHENICS APP BUGS
Bluethenics app new version 3 is released on 12 may 2026. with it may come some app bugs for the old users such as the following ( These are the reported bugs and issues by testers) :
- preview version widgets: some old user may experience old version widgets on the app. This is happening because in he old version widgets were cached to increase the speed of the app and we cannot directly remove you cached version on the app so simple delete or clear the app cache
- Slow loading: tester experienced slow loading when the skipped the questioning or onboarding and click the back buttons. solution is the same clear the cache of the app
- google sign in not working: google sign take some time to load your account list and after selection of the account it may take a few second for the app you connect to your account, we recommend to wait patiently while the app loads and connects to your account. If you are enable to use your google account other login option such as email & pass is available to login. if you got a error message if it take too much time to set the account contact the help(bluethenics.help@gmail.com).
what to do before contacting help
before contacting help make sure you do these things:
- close the app and reopen the app
- clear cache of the app
- clear data of the app
- do the 2 and 3 step one by one to make sure you do lose many data
