The Run Tracker records every session so you can see real fitness progress over time. You can open it two ways:

  • Via Sidebar Features MENTAL Run Tracker
  • Or tap View full tracker › on the Run Tracker widget on your Dashboard.

How to log a run

  1. 1Open Run Tracker via either path above.
  2. 2Tap Start to begin recording your run. your device will not automattically close during recording also you cannot change apps or page inside the app. it will all revert to normal after the you click stop/end run.
  3. 3Run — the app records in the background.
  4. 4Finish — stats are saved automatically and shown on your Dashboard and other places such as friend challenge.

💡 Running earns points based on distance — these count toward your streak and leaderboard rank.

Navigate to Sidebar Features FITNESS Workout. Two questionnaires — one before, one after — shape every session.

Starting your session

  1. 1Open Workout from the path above.
  2. 2Complete the pre-workout questionnaire — energy level, recovery, today's focus.
  3. 3Your personalised session is generated. Complete all exercises.
  4. 4Fill in the post-workout form — this refines your next session automatically.

Extra Info:

  1. 1you will have to answer the questionaire berfore satrting the workout system like your prefrence, height, weight, your muscle condition, etc.
  2. 2The system will use this information to create a personalised workout plan for you.
  3. 3The more you use the system and provide honest feedback, the better your workouts will become.
  4. 4your use of the system will effect your leaderboard points with distribution rate of 35%
  5. 5you are able to reset your full data of the workout system(only) in the workout system page itself for a new start.

How the programme adapts

Every answer feeds the system. Over weeks, the programme evolves around your recovery speed, strength progression, and available time. You don't adjust it manually — just be honest in your answers.

💡 Dishonest answers give you worse sessions. The system is designed to help you — not judge you.

Your Current Task panel is visible at the top of the Dashboard as soon as you log in. You can also manage tasks via Sidebar Features FITNESS.

Adding tasks manually

  1. 1Go to Current Task on the Dashboard.
  2. 2Tap Add Task — choose type: workout, food log, habit, or custom.
  3. 3Set start and end time: Start Time and End Time.
  4. 4You'll be notified when it's due. Completing it earns points.

Using the AI Goal Plan

  1. 1Tap AI Goal Plan in the Task section.
  2. 2Type your goal — e.g. "Lose 5kg in 2 months" or "Run 5km without stopping".
  3. 3AI generates a complete task list with routines, frequencies, and milestones.
  4. 4Approve it — added to your task list immediately.
💡 Enter more details about your goal for better AI suggestions.

Navigate to Sidebar Features FITNESS Calorie Counter. Your daily intake summary also appears at the bottom of your Dashboard.

Logging a food

  1. 1Open Calorie Counter.
  2. 2Search the food database by name (in log section).
  3. 3Enter your portion size (in grams).and click track
  4. 4You will will shown the macro and micro nutrient value in of the food you can either click mark as eaten or not (can be used check your food macros) Daily calorie and macro totals update instantly.

creating a meal

  1. 1Open mealsin the calorie counter.
  2. 2Name the meal and Search for each food item and click add to add it to your meal. it is usefull for meals like break fast and prep meals
  3. 3Click preview food to preview your meals macros and click save meal to save it.
  4. 4Click Eat under your meal to have same effect as adding muliple food and clicking mark as eaten.

creating a recipe

  1. 1In he same place a creating a meal you can create recipes with what available on you on the time.
  2. 2enter your available food and click add.
  3. 3select your goal like high protein and enter your cuisine style.
  4. 4Click generate my recipe then the ai will give you a recipe and provide instructions to make the food.

custom health goal and food recommendations

  1. 1custom health goal can be used to get the required nutrients based on your specific needs..
  2. 2enter your health goal like "i want to reduce bloating" or "i want to increase my growth hormone"
  3. 3the system will give you the nutrients you need to achieve your goal
  4. 4Food recommendation feature can be used to get recomendation on food with the nutrient that you want.

💡 Logging food daily earns coins. Badge holders get weekly macro trend charts and deeper analysis.

Open via the Weight Tracker widget on your Dashboard — tap Open →. Or navigate through Sidebar Features FITNESS Weight Tracker.

  1. 1Open the Weight Tracker.
  2. 2Enter your current weight in your preferred unit (kg or lbs).
  3. 3Tap Save — the progress chart updates instantly.
  4. 4Repeat daily or weekly — more data = better trend visibility.

The chart shows both Workouts and Weight tabs so you can correlate training with body changes.

💡 Weigh at the same time each day — morning, before eating — for the most consistent data.

Points — for the Leaderboard

  • Completing daily tasks → points
  • Maintaining your streak → bonus points per day
  • Running sessions → points based on distance

Coins — for the Coin Shop

  • Finishing workouts → coins
  • Logging food every day → coins
  • Side Quest completions → coins
💡 Points ≠ Coins. Points determine your leaderboard rank. Coins are your spending currency in the Coin Shop. Earned and used separately.

Navigate directly via Sidebar Coin Shop.

  1. 1Open Coin Shop from the sidebar.
  2. 2Browse available items — each shows its coin cost.
  3. 3Tap an item and confirm to spend your coins.
💡 Check the shop after every app update — new items are added regularly. Save up coins for high-value unlocks.

Your position is shown at the very top of the Dashboard. Tap "Leaderboard Position & points" to expand and see the full global ranking.

  • Rank is determined by your total points for the current month.
  • The leaderboard resets on the 1st of each month — everyone starts at zero.
  • Top users may receive special recognition or rewards.
💡 Daily streak bonuses compound — a 30-day streak earns more total points than scattered high-activity days. Consistency wins.

Your Badge Status is shown on the Dashboard (🏅 icon). The badge unlocks premium features and is verified manually by the team.

Verification steps

  1. 1Go to myx.beehiiv.com.
  2. 2Enter the same Gmail you use to log into Bluethenics.
  3. 3Subscribe to all recommended newsletters.
  4. 4Check your inbox or spam for the confirmation email.
  5. 5Send a screenshot or screen recording of the process to the team via WhatsApp or the app.
  6. 6A moderator reviews and updates your badge.

Monthly renewal

Your badge resets on the last day of every month (30th/31st). You must prove you are still an active user before the deadline to keep it.

💡 Set a reminder on the 25th of each month so you don't forget to renew before the reset.

Your streak is shown on the Dashboard with a 🔥 icon. Every day you complete your assigned tasks, the number grows.

  • Complete all assigned tasks for the day to count.
  • Missing a single day resets to zero — no exceptions.
  • Longer streaks earn higher daily bonus points — compounds over time.
  • Your streak contributes to your leaderboard ranking.
💡 Enable daily task reminder notifications in Settings so you never accidentally break a streak.

Access via Sidebar Friends.

  • Search for users by username or email and send a friend request.
  • Friends can see each other's progress (based on privacy settings).
  • Use friends as accountability partners — sharing a goal publicly makes you far more likely to follow through.
💡 Competing with friends on the leaderboard is one of the most effective ways to maintain a long-term streak.

Open via Sidebar Settings.

  • Profile — update your display name and account details.
  • Notifications — toggle task reminders and daily nudges.
  • Password — change your login password.
  • Units — switch between kg/lbs and km/miles at any time.
💡 Enable task reminder notifications — users who do this have a significantly higher streak retention rate.
